I have been in the mortgage business some 20 years and have never experienced the professionalism that I received from your office. To make a long story short, I ordered an appraisal on a rush lat Monday the 26th and explained I had waited to the AC compressor was just in… the loan was scheduled to close on Friday.. your team had the appraisal back to me by 3:00 the very next day!
